Modern Era Ranch With a View

This ranch-style home sits on the shore of Spring Lake. With the new open floor plan, the homeowners can see the lake as soon as they walk through the front door. The renovation also included new cabinets by Straight Line Design, new hardwood floors, new lighting, trim, moulding and a built in entertainment center next to the fireplace. This stylish update is perfect for the homeowners to entertain, spend time with their family, or quietly enjoy the view by the fireplace.

Fireplace Upgrade

Hass Fine Homes transformed this fireplace (originally made of brass) into an inviting centerpiece. They added a stone hearth, built the mantel face in stone, added moulding on the mantel header and trim around the flat screen area. The result is a timeless upgrade and a great place for the homeowners to gather with friends and family.

Retreat In The Woods

This home is nestled away in the woods along the shore of Lake Michigan. Hass Fine Homes renovated the interior to create an open floor plan in the kitchen and dining area. They also installed a Cedar ceiling. The open space and large windows allow for great views of the tall evergreens surrounding the home. The project also entailed remodeling the master bath with new tile, a new shower and storage.

Norton Shores Kitchen Remodel

This kitchen and dining room renovation features new cabinets built by Straight Line Design, new hardwood floors, trim, crown moulding and lighting. The expanded workspace and storage is perfect for keeping up with this young family on the move. In the den and family room, Hass Fine Homes added a two-sided fireplace, including all of the surrounding trim and moulding. 

Cathedral Ceiling Upgrade

Originally, this ceiling was white drywall. After a week on scaffolding and catwalks, Hass Fine Homes enhanced the character and beauty of this room by adding a pine ceiling and crown moulding. The result is warmth and texture in this large space and a great reason to look up.

Kitchen On The Boardwalk

This was another great opportunity to get the help of Straight Line Design. After knocking down walls, creating an open floor plan and expanding workspace, Hass Fine Homes installed new flooring, cabinets, countertops and a mosaic backsplash. With great views of the boardwalk in Grand Haven, this year round residence is always reminiscent of Summer with its bright colors and coastal vibe.
